With the Mountain Boy being on a gluten free and casein free diet.  We choose to make everything from scratch.  EVERYTHING!!

Homemade CrackersSomething that he actually requested this weekend was homemade crackers.  Now when I make anything I tend to do what I call DOCTOR it up…  I am always experimenting and adding different things.  So the next time you bake a banana bread be sure to add some sprinkles of cinnamon, raw sugar and slivered almonds on top.  For those with the real sweet tooth you could add half of your batter to the bread pan, add a layer of chocolate chips, add the remaining batter and then add the goodies listed above.  These are the kind of adjustments I am known to make!! 🙂

Now crackers are NO different.  Be creative.  Add spices, cheeze, etc…

To the recipes below I may add cayanne pepper, garlic (a must), salt, pepper, flax seeds, flax meal, chia seeds, etc….  Again – be creative…  Have fun…  And most of all ENJOY!!!
