A special thank you to CultivateNourishing.com for sharing their post titled Fermenting Rhubarb. I currently have sourdough, water kefir, milk kefir and kombucha on my counter. Returning good bacteria to our stomaches is very important today. Our processed foods kill the good bacteria with all the preservatives causing many to be over tired and unhealthy. I love being able to learn new things in my kitchen and one of my favorites this time of year is rhubarb. From fresh strawberry rhubarb jelly and pie to freezing some for use in the winter months. A big thank you to Lindsey for sharing this wonderful new addition for my counter. 🙂
