Simple Life Sunday #53 Featuring Spaghetti Squash Primavera

Simple Life Sunday Blog Hop

Thanks so much for joining me for Simple Life Sunday.  Grab your cup of tea or coffee and sit down with me and join me while I look through all the wonderful posts everyone has shared! Before you leave be sure to share one of your favorite posts.

Ok, before I do anything this week I have to give a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to Raia from RaiasRecipes.com for sharing her Banana Nut Butter Frappe and Herbal Coffee Review the week before last!!  She has been my saving grace.  With my new low histamine diet I have been forced to give up my coffee.. 🙁  But Raia came to the rescue in providing me a resource for herbal coffee to which I can drink!!  I am so excited and am awaiting my new Herbal Coffee to arrive from my new best friend Jessica at DeliciousObsessions.com.  Raia I honestely an not thank you enough..  I Love my herbal teas, but boy is it nice to have a cup of coffee and the new Herbal Coffee will actually kill two birds with one stone providing me with a richer drink with my herbal teas included!

Now to this weeks featured post…  It keeps geting harder and harder to choose just one.  There were some really AMAZING posts shared this week.   I need to thank Jillian from Creating Silver Lining for sharing her Spaghetti Squash Primavera.  Thanks Jillian, we have spaghetti squash and the Mountain Boy and I saw your recipe and decided that instead of just roasting and adding seasonings and butter that we would try your recipe.  Thanks so much, blessings to you and yours…

There were SO many fantastic posts last week so be sure to check them out if you haven’t!  Another one that stood out to me was Urban Overalls’s Homemade Garlic Powder which is another fantastic way to dig deeper into bein self sufficient!

Thank you all for joining me today.

I look very forward to seeing what you will have to share this week!

  1. Thanks Tammy! I’m honored that you chose my Spaghetti Squash Primavera as a featured recipe this week. 🙂

I’ll be posting a frittata recipe soon that will use the leftovers from the Spaghetti Squash Primavera. Spaghetti squash and eggs just work so well together. Who knew!
