Thanks so much for joining me for Simple Life Sunday. Grab your cup of tea or coffee and sit down with me and join me while I look through all the wonderful posts everyone has shared! Before you leave be sure to share one of your favorite posts.
I’d like to thank Tammy Taylor of Taylor Made Farm for sharing the love and Paying It Forward in many ways with her post titled “Paying It Forward…. In Real Life“. The tears are streaming down my face as I type this. Something that I think we neglect to think about often is that EVERYONE has a story! I’ve learned this many many years ago. When you just take the time to be kind and listen, you will learn people’s stories…. Sometimes though, you will never know the story behind the person, but when you take the time to share kindness in anyway you can be certain that it will, as Tammy stated, cause a ripple effect. I LOVE Paying It Forward and I LOVE knowing we have the power given to us to not only make a difference, but change lives. I have read many of Tammy Taylor’s post and she is on a similar mission as I in watching the ripple effect and paying it forward, but what I didn’t know was her story! Tammy thank you for sharing your post and a part of your life with us this week. I wish that more communities and more people would take the time to embrace such things as your community has. Please do read Tammy’s post and find a way to Pay It Forward! Blessings Tammy Taylor to you and yours!! I am glad you are a survivor – you have a lot to share and I thank you for regularly sharing it here!! ♥
I also enjoyed the post by Idlewild Alaska with her post Chickens are the New Black – Why You Need To Have Chickens (I totally agree!).
I would also like to thank Salixisme for sharing her post titled Do You Like To Colour?. I absolutely do and I LOVE creating my own drawings similar to those 1st pictured in your post and then coloring them and I do the same on rocks, not just paper… It is SO incredibly relaxing and more people should definitely do it….
Thank you also Stephanie from Stephlin’s Mountain for sharing her post titled Life Is Good – So What Am I Afraid Of? I think this is a great post because I believe that all of us go through this thought process from time to time – I have learned to catch myself and spin it around – typically for me, when that thought enters it is because I am doing God’s will and the devil is trying to hijack my excitement or confidence. I have learned to laugh at his attempt and keep doin’ what I am doin’….
Thank you ALL for such AMAZING posts this week – there were SOOOOOO many!!! Obviously I couldn’t just decide on one and I could have kept going… ♥
Thank you for sharing and I would like to invite you to join Kat’s Sunday Social (our sister hop).
