Simple Life Sunday #71 Featuring The Lessons of The Purple Mulberry Tree

Simple Life Sunday

Thanks so much for joining me for Simple Life Sunday.  Grab your cup of tea or coffee and sit down with me and join me while I look through all the wonderful posts everyone has shared! Before you leave be sure to share one of your favorite posts.

Well folks, life happened these last two weeks….  I missed a Sunday due to flying back from Pennsylvania and last Sunday we were traveling as well and I just could not pull things off….  So I hope that you have saved some of your wonderful posts to share this week…

I’d just like to let you all know that I keep you all in prayer!  We have a tough job each week being led to share our knowledge in an effort to help others.  It feels good, it is rewarding, but how many of you question if you are doing the right thing?  Maybe doubt yourself and what you are posting from time to time?

Have you ever thought about where those thoughts are coming from?  God would never put negative thoughts into our minds…  That my dear friend’s is the devil interceding trying to trip us up.  As of late, I get excited when those doubting thoughts hit my mind because I know I am on the right track or the devil would not be trying to hard to cause me to doubt myself and how I am reaching people.  So use those moments of doubt to empower yourself, know that you are doing the right thing and know you are reaching people.

For those you you that are just stopping by to reach what these wonderful contributors have to share – this applies to you as well.  Know that you have a purpose and any negative thoughts that you ever find manifesting in that head of yours are not coming from our God because he only encourages, empowers and enriches us for our journey ahead.

Step that devil back where he belongs and keep doing faithfully what you are doing!

I chose to put a spin on these thoughts and realize the potential for these thoughts to appear and then boost me forward versus me allowing them to pull me back, keeping me from or slowing me from succeeding in my tasks.  Be empowered and be victorious!

We all have struggles in our day to day – whether it is financial, relationships, people surrounding us that are draining our every last ounce of energy, children, homestead issues, etc…  be strong and know you are not alone and that the devil will try to get his grips on any opening he can find and work on us through these weak areas.  Open your eyes and see it for what it is and pray accordingly.  The devil will try to attack in anyway he can…  Those are my thoughts that I wanted to share this week…. 🙂

Now I would like to thank my dear friend Rhonda from The Farmer’s Lamp for her very POWERFUL post titled The Lessons of The Purple Mulberry Tree.  I encourage you all to read this post.  We don’t always like waiting on God’s timing, but God knows what we need and when we need it….  I love how God works in our lives – showing us things just at the perfect moments to build us and take us to new levels in our lives…  He is always building us and encouraging us for what is ahead….  Thank you lovely Rhonda for sharing this post – it is BEAUTIFUL and encouraging, as are you!!  Blessings to you and yours…

Thank you for sharing and I would like to invite  you to join Kat’s Sunday Social (our sister hop).

I look very forward to seeing what you will have to share this week!
